Warrior Assault Systems prides itself on its extensive range of designs. Our products don’t just look good, they have to be functional and that starts with the design process. The design process begins with an idea that originates from Warrior, or with a specific request from one of our customers or end users.

Design

Many of our products have been developed with direct input from UK Special Forces, and our good friends serving past and present in SF units from around the World. We have been fortunate to forge great bonds with some of the Worlds most elite units, from both Military and Police.

Testing & Development

We will then spend many hours working through all aspects, to form a solution, and with input from our experienced design team we will formulate a basic idea. We then develop the design in CAD format and machine a prototype.

Laser Cut

Warrior offers a range of Laser cut products manufactured from proprietary laminated materials. Warrior has invested extensively in high quality laser cutting machines that offer the highest level of cutting in order to provide the highest quality finish.

Materials and Hardware

Warrior Assault Systems uses the highest quality materials during our manufacturing process. Our Webbing, Material, Threads, Velcro and Plastic Hardwear are all the highest quality, and are directly imported from the USA.

Our products can be manufactured using IR-treated fabrics upon request. The colours that can be available with treatment against IR are our Elite Ops range of products in MultiCam, Coyote Tan, Ranger Green and Black. IR treatment is not available on OD Green or our Laser Cut range of products.

Our threads are treated against the negative effects of UV light, Mildew and extreme fluctuations in temperature.

Combined with our excellent sewing standards, quality control and attention to detail, our premium quality materials guarantee that you will receive a product that won't let you down and can function in the harshest of environments.

Infra-Red Properties
All of our plastic hardware and threads, along with our webbing in MultiCam, Coyote Tan, and Ranger Green are treated at source to deliver the lowest I.R. signature possible.

Marketing and Social Media

Warrior attends most of the major Industry Trade Shows including the Shot Show in Las Vegas and annually exhibits at the IWA show in Germany.All our products are featured on our website but can also be seen in our printed catalogue, which can also be downloaded by clicking the link on the top of the website menu.
